HOW IS A LABEL CONSTRUCTED
No matter what face stock your requirements call for, label stock comprises, typically, of three components. These are the substrate or face stock, adhesive and release liner. The combination of these components create the performance of label material that your application requires.
SUBSTRATE / FACE STOCK

ADHESIVE
At PCC we specialise in constructing label stock using water based adhesives. With our technical adhesive expertise we are able to match and exceed solvent and hot melt adhesives in most cases.
RELEASE LINER
The release liners we provide are designed to perform for processing on a variety of machines, from high speed die cutting to conventional flat bed machines.
